We are proud to be participating at the NZIFST Conference 2023 in Dunedin, Otepoti from the 3-5th of July 2023 which will be held at the University of Otago.

The theme of the annual conference for the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology (Inc) this year is: Food in a Changing World.
The conference has a range of keynote speakers, workshops, exhibitor networking, and the NZIFST Food Industry Awards dinner.

We look forward to hearing the following key note speakers:

•           Helen Darling - Chief Executive & Cofounder, Sumfood & Chief Executive & Founder, InstatData

•           Craig Armstrong- Customer Director-Food, Beverage & Consumer Goods (Mid-North Island), New Zealand Trade & Enterprise

•           Prof Phil Marriott - Professor, LaTrobe University

•           Kathy Glass -  Associate Director & Distinguished Scientist, University of Wisconsin - Madison

•           Warren McNabb - Professor of Nutritional Sciences and Leader of Sustainable Nutrition Initiative, Riddet Institute, Massey University

•           Dame Juliet Gerrard - Prime Minister’s Chief Science Advisor
