The Kinematica PPP Line has a full range of inline dispersing solutions fitting a variety of industrial specialised needs: from solutions to fit into fully sterile environments required mostly by the pharmaceutical industry, to atmosphere explosive compliant systems required by the chemical manufacturing sectors.
All the solutions are fully certified and in perfect adherence to the highest compliancy standards. Absolute safety and perfect design are the pillars of all Kinematica products. Whatever the business line, Kinematica’s broad product portfolio can match industrial specifications by granting true scalability with working volumes from a few ml up to 250.000 l/h and beyond.
Homogenising and dispersing technology, perfected
Kinematica solutions can address almost every dispersing application for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food, and life science industries. Innovative powder-induction systems, solutions for completely sterile environments, or fully compliant ATEX architecture are just some examples that Kinematica can offer for a wide range of industrial set-ups from pilot-plant to large plant configurations.
Kinematica’s state-of-the-art technology addresses a variety of processes such as blending/mixing/stirring, emulsifying, deagglomerating, foaming, crushing, and homogenising with particle size reduction from a few micrometres down to nanometres. The proprietary design and innovative geometry of the aggregates/generators can downsize and provide perfect statistical particle distribution for the finest emulsions/suspensions and foam dispersions.
Product range
The Rotor / Stator principle for dispersing and homogenising equipment, originally invented by Kinematica, has become the worldwide accepted standard for homogenising and dispersing a solid, fluid, or gaseous phase into a fluid phase.
Kinematica Rotor / Stator homogenisers successfully process emulsions, suspensions, and foams by reducing the size of solid particles, droplets, and gas bubbles to a few microns or less. Small and large amounts of product can be dispersed in an economical and faster way than with any other device.
