All brands of pipettes, dispensers or pipetting aids in any condition can be traded for a like-for-like liquid handling instrument e.g. a single-channel manual pipette for an Eppendorf single-channel manual pipette. Customers may also use the Program to upgrade to a more advanced pipetting technology and device e.g. a single-channel manual pipette for an Eppendorf single-channel electronic pipette. The liquid handling service request form for Trade-In Pipette Returned Goods must be completed and sent with your traded pipettes, dispensers or dispensing aids.

We are therefore offering a Buy 4 get 1 free on all of our tubes (except for safe code/bar coded) for customer orders.

This includes all Eppendorf microtubes as well as the 15, 25 and 50mL conical tubes. The buy 4 get a 5^th free has to be the same part number.
